Dinner Is Easy, Stir Fry It!

Standing at the stove for hours stirring and cooking things for hours after  a hard day at work is not fun.

If you’re a bit tired on a weekday evening, this is a great time to bring out the wok and have a great stir fry. It can be something different every night but for example you can throw cubes of  tofu into oil and cook them until they are crisp.

Then add some onions, garlic, and broccoli florets along with some cauliflower and bok choy followed by a light sauce made of spring onions and ginger mixed with soy sauce and sesame oil.

With a minimum of effort comes a great dinner!
